CFT approves three air signals:
1. 100 bar signal (100 bar): the use of two hands to show a "T"
2. Reserve signal (50 bar): the clenched fist held aloft adjacent to the ear
3. Out-of-air signal (no air): the flat hand moved out from and in towards the throat
CFT publications will be updated accordingly to include the "T" signal.
No other air signals are approved and therefore will not be used in CFT examinations.
