The Naval service are permitting civilian access to their recompression chamber in Haulbowline until the new recompression chamber is opened in University College Hospital, Galway.

Divers requiring recompression treatment may access the facility through the emergency services (VHF Ch 16, Coastguard on 11/999).

Should the Navy wish to take their chamber to sea they will advise Medico in Cork giving two weeks notice.

This page will be updated to advise DOs/DODs/RDOs if the chamber is to be taken to sea.

Please note the RCC at Haulbowline is unavailable from today Nov 20th to Nov 27th.  Contact Medico Cork as normal who will arrange chamber access if required.
